Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Roxane was so professional when I went for my back waxing, she explained all the details of the what the procedure was. The results are incredible; my skin has never felt smoother all in a clean, professional, and comfortable clinic. And provided clear aftercare instructions that were easy to follow.

A lovely experience all round from the lovely welcome on arrival, through a thorough waxing, gel pedicure and manicure. Thank you so much Fatima who is so friendly but so professional at the same time.

I got full body waxing and eyebrow and eyelash tint. I was so scared as I am quite hairy but she calmed me and helped me get my breathing right so it hurt less. I was literally holding my breath and that doesn’t help 😂 10/10 I know exactly where I am going for waxing now
