The beauty therapist was lovely and welcoming, my waxing was easy and not painful with the breathing technique I was asked to do along with the wax that she uses. Would recommend and go back for this and other treatments 😀

Shukran is always considerate, caring & truthful (if the treatment is not beneficial to you, she will tell you!). I do not like pain and she makes the whole process bearable. I've been waxing for approx. 3 years, she is the best beauty therapist I've had & such a chill vibe!

I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

An absolute luxury from start to finish. My Glass Skin Facial with Kaouthar was incredible. I arrived feeling anxious, but she instantly made me feel so comfortable, like I was with a close friend. The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments. The beautiful children’s play area with a professional carer is such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to come back!
