I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Hiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable. The shape she gave me is absolutely perfect—natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to ensure everything was symmetrical and clean. My brows have never looked this good!. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to anyone looking for expert brow care.

I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

Great experience and always professional approach. I have been a customer for years and have gone through lots of beauty procedures under Barbara’s care: manicure, pedicure, facial, waxing and always left happy and very satisfied with the outcome. Can't recommend this beauty salon enough.
