I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Hiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable. The shape she gave me is absolutely perfect—natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to ensure everything was symmetrical and clean. My brows have never looked this good!.
