I went to Sam for my first ever waxing experience and I'll definitely go back to her for future appointments. She was so welcoming, supportive and provided an excellent service! I had a Hollywood bikini and underarm wax, which Sam talked through step by step. Highly recommend!

I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Hiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable. The shape she gave me is absolutely perfect—natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to ensure everything was symmetrical and clean. My brows have never looked this good!. Dom and the girls have been doing my nails every 3 weeks for the past 3 years - they are hands down the absolute best nail place in the whole of London! I could never go anywhere else!

The best manicure I’ve had in London, and I’ve had many. Arta’s salon is clearly well run, tidy, friendly and the service is impeccable. Great value for money.

Absolutely beautiful experience at this salon as always - Dom is a perfectionist and I always leave with impeccable nails. The place is very clean and bright, such a relaxing afternoon. From the moment you enter until you leave you are pampered to the max. It’s the best nail salon in London in my opinion - I come all the way from the other side of London!

Anya is very skilled in what she does. Had my haircut then my daughters. We really liked it! She will take time to ask you what cut you like and will also ask midway the process to make sure you are happy. She also gives you choices and suggestions as to the cut and style. The salon is also clean and well maintained. Shall be going back again next time! I’m glad i came across this salon as I really was looking for one since I arrived in London.

Amazing beautiful venue, super clean. I did have my hair blow dry by Sylvia and waxing done by Arta, I am very happy with both treatments, will be back definitely again.
