Excellent treatment from Sharon. She’s very quick with the waxing (the not so nice bit) and gave me a very relaxing back and foot massage (the nice bit) I would definitely recommend her.

I had my first laser hair removal session, and it was great! Saadia was very attentive and explained the procedure and aftercare really well. She's a pro. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly.

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.
