Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Also she simply was genuinely a very nice and thoughtful person. She did my waxing super delicate knowing that I have a very sensitive skin. Great underarm wax. Eyebrows reshape could have been more detailed-taking off the eyebrow pencil makeup beforehand and brushing the brows as it’s being reshape to give more defined and groomed look.
