All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was made to feel very welcome by Piotr & Amy. Piotr took the time to discuss the colour change and cut with me before hand, and I felt in capable hands from start to finish. Complete colour change for me and I love it! I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. A beautiful looking spa with a calm aura. Yvonne my beautician was lovely. The waxing was gentle and the most painfree i've had ...possibly ever. I will be back to see Yvonne again soon i'm sure.
