I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!

Absolutely Fabulous. Kelly is amazing , had a pedicure and foot massage . So relaxing and nails great too. Also had an eyebrows,lip and chin wax and now I feel great and the results are just perfect. I am back in 2 weeks … certainly recommend Kelly.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Shannon explained the ultimate facial and aftercare for microneedling. She had a calming presence and made me feel very comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the facial massage I was that relaxed! Would definitely recommend the treatment and therapist.

I went for a facial yesterday for a special treat. Louise took a history of what products I was using and explained in depth of what the facial would consist of. It was super relaxing and included a shoulder and head massage. My skin feels so much better, my neck pain has gone, thank you Louise your help is always appreciated.

Amazing treatment, always feel comfortable. I feel ten times better after my massage. Thank you so much 😊 highly recommend and can't wait for my next treatment in January

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!

I feel amazing after my detox massage. It’s my 2nd time going to Gaia Wellness and I honestly can’t recommed it enough. I felt at ease and comfortable straight away. Thank you for giving me an hr of pure relaxation bliss. See you soon
