Lovely 45mins back, neck and shoulder massage. Been increasing my pressure levels gradually and really enjoying the feeling of deep tissue massage. Sometimes tho, 45mins just goes waaaay to quick 🤣

I had booked back and shoulder massage for my husband at Rina massage Therapy. He was really happy with the massage. He's been suffering with lower back pain for past couple of months. I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

I had a wonderful full body massage with hot towels infused with essential oils, as an extra little treat. All the tension and stiffness I was experiencing in my neck and shoulders just melted away and I felt like I was floating, all the way home. Anna is always professional but super friendly too. I had done first massage with Rina today. I found her incredible warm, friendly and helpful. 

I work in a siting position also I do many exercises and my muscles are very tight. Massage really helped to remove any tension/soreness in my muscles and help me to relax in her lovely massage room.

 Rina has been an absolute great to find and understand any specific aches/pains that may exist and ensures that they are not there when I leave.
