I have never felt so relaxed when having a massage. I feel much better and revived after a massage with Ola, he genuinely gives the best massages I have ever had! Your back deserves the TLC and I couldn't think of a better atmosphere to experience it in other than at Nordic Rituals. Time and money worth spending. Thank you Ola for helping me to feel so welcomed, relaxed and pampered 😌🫶🏼

I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and completely at ease. The treatment itself was outstanding. Beth was incredibly professional, with a clear understanding of the underlying issues rather than just treating the symptoms. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and I left feeling far better than when I arrived. The massage was equally exceptional—firm where it needed to be, incredibly relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. The venue felt very welcoming, and has a very calming atmosphere.

Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. Absolutely amazing experience. Lyn was so friendly and welcoming. Had the Japanese Head Spa for the first time. Amazing combination of a facial combined with massage and hair care. I've never felt so pampered! Environment is so calming with so much care taken into creating a relaxing mood. Would definitely recommend!

My massage with Ola at Nordic Rituals Massage Studio was excellent. From the warm welcome and calming aroma to the thoughtful tea waiting for me afterwards, every detail was perfect. I had a massage focusing on my upper body, legs and feet, and I'd definitely recommend booking an hour if you can. Ola was great at adjusting the pressure to suit me, I asked for firm pressure to work out my tension and it really did the trick. I usually struggle to switch off, but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep! The playlist was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and would 100% recommend. 😌

Jac’s 60-minute head spa and massage was incredible from start to finish. She was so warm and welcoming, and the relaxing treatment room with calming music and a heated bed instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was unbelievably soothing — the warm water, gentle touch, and beautiful cherry blossom oils made me completely lose track of time. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional, right down to the homemade cookie at the end. I’ve already booked my next visit and can’t recommend Jac enough!

Really amazing session. I'm a very anxious person and have some serious body image issues, but Mariana was able to help me relax and I was able to fully decompress and enjoy the experience. I only had an express massage as I visited on my lunch break, but that was the best decision I've made in a while. Will be doing it again, and certainly will book in a longer massage as soon as I get a chance.

Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊

My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Rachel is absolutely lovely! She walked me through every step of the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. She reassured me about the pain and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Plus, she has great music taste! Deborah is incredible! I’ve been to her for gel nail extensions three times now and I just wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is professional but incredibly easy to talk to, she takes care of your nails and you can just relax while she does it. Love her and highly highly recommend!
