I have been seeing Lewis for the last 8weeks after injuring my back again. I had spinal surgery 5yrs ago which was unsuccessful, but needed to try something as wasn’t getting any help from the NHS. Theres nothing negative I could say about how Lewis works, he is so professional & polite, I wasn’t confident that anyone would be able to make improvements to my recent back injury after loosing all feeling in my right foot & excruciating pain from my lower back all the way down my leg, but his hard work is paying off, as I have feeling back in my foot & the pain is decreasing. Thank you so much.

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

Lovely massage and experience! I wanted a massage to relax after being in hospital, all the oils were prepared especially for me. The room in Durley Manor was peaceful and calming.
