Anna provides a very relaxed and serene atmosphere with the most amazing massage you could wish for. Knots and tension in my back neck and shoulders has greatly reduced and a monthly maintenance programme keeps aches and pains at bay, highly recommend Thanks Anna x

Lovely 45mins back, neck and shoulder massage. Been increasing my pressure levels gradually and really enjoying the feeling of deep tissue massage. Sometimes tho, 45mins just goes waaaay to quick 🤣

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

I had a wonderful full body massage with hot towels infused with essential oils, as an extra little treat. All the tension and stiffness I was experiencing in my neck and shoulders just melted away and I felt like I was floating, all the way home. Anna is always professional but super friendly too. Lovely massage and experience! I wanted a massage to relax after being in hospital, all the oils were prepared especially for me. The room in Durley Manor was peaceful and calming.
