My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Her technique was perfectly balance annd firm enough to be effective yet gentle where needed. She focused specifically on my problem areas with skill and precision. Visited here today for a post op lymphatic massage after having multiple surgeries at once abroad and was feeling really tense and needed to work on a few areas.. Sheree I think the ladies name was? She was so so so lovely and calmed my nerves as I was scared where I am very sore and tender. I came out feeling a lot more flexible and less tense! She is so so lovely!
