Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I can't fault Priti she is amazing and soo professional and polite.. I have a lot of facial hair and come to wax multiple times a month . . She always takes her time and never rushes me I feel so comfortable.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. Krystian is the most amazing aesthetic practitioner and I couldn’t be happier with my results. What I love most is his subtle, natural approach. I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care.
