Had a great massage, Lisa adapted the massage to suit my needs, really good firm technique but relaxing and super enjoyable at the same time. Would highly recommend. Love that’s it’s in walking distance and I could go straight home after and relax after. Looking forward to rebooking for another massage .

I recently had an excellent back, neck, and shoulder massage and couldn’t be more impressed. Keira quickly identified where I was holding tension and adjusted the pressure perfectly, firm enough to release deep knots, yet still relaxing. By the end of the session, the stiffness and dull ache I’d been carrying for weeks were gone, and I felt a noticeable improvement overall. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely refreshed. I would absolutely book again

My first time here and I received such a warm welcome and was made to feel very comfortable. It was nice to have refreshments available to me and a lovely sitting area to wait. My massage with Kiera was amazing, she really worked on my sore shoulder and was very thorough and methodical, I could zone out and really relax which is not always easy! I spent an hour and a half in the gym so decided to book the massage room for after. It was unreal! The room was so bliss and peaceful, I really felt as tho I had half an hour to turn off and just relax with no worries. I highly recommend the massage chair or even going into the room to just read a book.

I had a sports massage with Alex and it was a great experience. She was really friendly and professional, and made me feel welcome and relaxed right away. Alex clearly knows what she’s talking about and took the time to work through the areas that needed attention.
