Postural and sports taping for existing clients only (if you're a new client, please book an initial consultation session). 

Taping can be used to support recovery from injury or encourage postural improvements alongside stretching and exercises. You may be offered taping as part of sports massage therapy/ sports therapy. 

Please ensure your skin is clean and dry without any oil applied before your appointment. 

If you have a lot of hair on the required treatment area you might need to shave to help the tape to stick.
