The focus for this session was weighlifting- primarily Oly drills, and some leg work. I enjoyed this session because I was able to revisit Oly techniques, adjusted to accommodate my injury. My fav was the leg workout with the modified whatchamacallit machine - involves hip hinge and lifting/ extension of torso.

Alhamdulillah, this was my fourth session with Ellisa as my masseuse, and once again it was a wonderful experience. She is very attentive and professional, and I truly appreciate how she took the time to advise me on some physiotherapy exercises for my current knee issue. I especially enjoy her gentle, smooth technique, which creates a deeply relaxing atmosphere throughout the session. It’s clear that she is skilled and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I will definitely continue coming back and would highly recommend her to others.

Great session with Iman. He did a great job identifying my lower body issue and explaining how it could affect my movement and performance. He then did the stretches for me and provided clear, practical advice that I can apply in my training and daily routine. Felt so much more better and flexible after the session. As a tennis player, I really appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Ken to anyone needing physical therapy. He's knowledgeable, patients and truly care for his patients. I was having weak bones and knee issues that was severely impacting my daily life. Thanks to Ken within my 3rd visit and with Ken's expert, guidance, hands on therapy and tailored home exercises, I am now pain-free on my knees have improved signifcantly and able to climb the staircase without any issues. Thanks Ken, and waiting for my next appointment.

Ini urutan pertama kali untuk anak saya Keisha. Tak pernah berurut lagi. Puan Lisa sangat knowledgeable. Tau mana spot dan tempat yang perlu fokus. Anak saya selalu mengadu sakit pinggang dan badan berangin. Lepas sesi urutan tadi lega sangat katanya. Puan lisa juga ada ajar exercise yang boleh diamalkan oleh anak saya. Pandai puan lisa tackle anak saya. Dia malu2 sebab first time urut. Tak biasa. Moga asbab puan lisa urut ni anak saya kembali okay. Insya-Allah akan repeat lagi untuk anak saya.. perhaps once a month..

Ellisa shows credibility as physiotherapist. Apart from her signature massage that was super great and relaxing, sharing her knowledge on steps and exercises that can be done to relieve pain and muscle strains is super helpful. Will surely repeat next time for full massage session!

Had a great experience with Ken. He took the time to explain my shoulder issue and gave me exercises that were tailored to help strengthen the area. I came in with a swollen left knee. I knew the issue was caused by very tight muscles in my left calf, glutes, and hammies, made worse by neglecting my stretching routine for the past 10 days. Scha quickly identified the problem—my left soleus was extremely tight—and did an amazing job releasing and stretching all the right areas. She also gave me clear instructions on what to do later - followed her advice, and within 24 hours, the swelling was gone, the ache while walking disappeared, and I could do deep squats and child pose again. Thank you, Scha! Your expertise made a huge difference!

Had my first PT session at Arke Fitness with Jackee and it exceeded my expectations I used to work out on my own without much structure, but this made a big difference. Jackee was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to correct my form and explain each movement clearly. The session was well structured, challenging yet manageable, and tailored to me. I felt comfortable throughout with no pressure. Great place if you’re new to the gym or want to train more effectively. Looking forward to more sessions with Jackee! 💪🏻

Great experience with Paddle B Face Gym. I had my henna eyebrow done by their eyebrow specialist Jovenne, and it was amazing.. i love how she explained everything and was so passionate of what she was doing.
