The shop is very clean and spacious. I like the soft music, which makes the environment very comfortable. Sally is amazing! She is very thorough and gentle throughout the entire manicure and pedicure process. One of my toes had a fungal infection, and she helped me to trim it off, and gave very useful advice (all the other places I went before did not mention anything about the toe). The tools are UV-sterilised, which is reassuring. And the cafe downstairs served great coffee! You can have coffee delivered while having your nails done 😀

I have been to Qnails for over a year now (twice a month) to get my pedicure as I have sometimes ingrown nail or buildup dry skin and I will always ask for Pan. She is great and wont stop until the problem is solved! Will never ask for anyone but Pan!

Had such a fantastic experience at this new spa! I brought my 5-year-old daughter for a head treatment, manicure, and a rose milk bath, and she absolutely loved every moment. The staff were amazingly friendly, patient, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. To top it off, we were treated to delicious complimentary drinks and bahulu! A wonderful, relaxing spot for a mother-daughter spa day. Highly recommended

Had the best experience at Lash Out Loud with Abby! I treated myself to a facial, manicure, and waxing, and honestly, everything was perfect. Abby was amazing—so nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The place itself has such a relaxing vibe, and I felt totally pampered. The manicurist/pedicurist is very gentle & has a very professionalism working ethics during the work of Russian mani & pedi. She really cares abt my nails for both fingers and toes. I was most impressed by how well my gel pedicure and manicure turned out. The nail artist advised on the colour and it turned out perfectly well. This was my second visit and it was pure indulgence to be treated to a spa experience. I also had my first eyelash extension. The artist was so gentle and meticulous… a fantastic experience and will definitely return for another pampering session.

I had an amazing experience with this nail artist! She was friendly, welcoming, and super patient with my requests. I asked for Arcane-themed nails, and the design was beautiful with incredible attention to detail. Watching her work was entertaining in itself—though she offered Netflix and YouTube, I didn’t need it! Plus, her cute cats added an extra touch of charm. She’s truly dedicated to her craft.
