My overall experience with Soothe has been top notch from I started about a year now. The vibes always be vibing. Recently I had a service done by a well known local wax specialist and my experience was one to remember she was not gentle at all 😭😭 after having my wax done I was severely burnt I had a second degree burn something like this I would’ve never gotten from Hanya. She is gentle, professional and very knowledgeable about the products she uses. I vow never to cheat on her again. Service 10/10

Michelle is such a wonderful host. Very informative. She teaches you along with the service and also knows how to crack a good joke. She always makes sure I’m comfortable.
