Cassie has such such a warm, lovely presence and very attuned to the needs of the client. It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. Alexandra is incredibly skilled, does everything with such care, and has a really calming presence. It’s a special experience, and I can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you :)

Ketan is, by far and away, the best physical therapist I have ever visited. I have a complex set of physical and nervous system problems caused by chronic migraine and a series of car/snowboard accidents and Ketans holistic approach is what allows me to keep moving! Over my time with him I have seen good general improvement in things like sleep, pain and mobility, and as a ‘quick fix’ emergency treatment he also successfully ‘unlocks’ parts of my body (back, leg, feet) that have been causing me a specific problem. I cannot recommend Ketan enough.

Yesterday I visited this place for the first time and, oh my goodness, I’ve been to so many places around the world, but this is by far the best place I’ve ever been for a massage. It was honestly the best massage of my life, and I’m sure I’ll be back. I suffer from migraines and have pain in my hands and arms, and the therapist was incredibly professional. I already started to feel so much better after the treatment. Such an amazing place with wonderful service. I can highly recommend it to everyone!

I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!

I honestly can’t recommend her enough! 💚 I’ve been going to her for a while now, and every appointment is amazing. I always turn up with the most random, crazy nail ideas, and she somehow brings them to life even better than I imagined! Her nail art is incredible, and the attention to detail is unreal. This place is Amazing. No complaints. Fatimah very kindly did my spiritual hijama and during the whole process she was gentle, asking me if I’m doing well whilst being very professional. I was soo comfortable which isn’t normal for me since I have a mini fear of needles. She knows what she’s doing and was very helpful and kind during the process making me feel like I was at home. Honestly a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be returning next month In Shaa Allah. I highlighy recommend if anyone has doubts. There’s nothing to worry about!!

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment.
