One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

I had an incredible massage by Justynia. She made sure at the beginning to find out what my problem areas were, I had been having chronic shoulder pain. I booked a deep tissue and asked for high pressure and she kept checking in and even offered to focus on my problem areas only which really paid off, i feel less pain ever since. She gave me good advice on post care. What touched me the most which I haven't seen in any other massage service is that after the massage was completed, she put a towel on the floor so that I was comfortable and safe to access my clothes and shoes. Thank you!

What an amazing first time ever experience I had with nurse Jodie ! Went for my first Lip filler and I was so worried about pain as my threshold isn't great and there's some PTSD also to take into account, BUT ... Jodie was so gentle and professional I didn't feel anything apart from a slight pinch now and then. I absolutely loved my experience and I booked other treatments already since I trust Jodie to give me truthful advice and proper care ❤️
