It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! UCLH Staff Spa is great. What a priviledge for UCLH staff to have this service. Its incredibly well organised, offering a wide range of treatments, with talented therapists, that are highly skilled, clearly love what they do and they are kind people. Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)
