Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. I booked a Trigger Point massage to address an issue with my left shoulder which was causing a fair bit of discomfort and pain. Curtis was amazing - he talked me through his process & ensured I was comfortable throughout. After the massage, it was the first time in months I had felt no pain. Gabriel really helped me with my sciatica. Unlike many osteopaths/chiropractors i have seem he treats the root cause of the issue not just the symptoms. As someone who is married to an Osteopath I was seriously impressed and and more importantly am pain free.
