Ketan is, by far and away, the best physical therapist I have ever visited. I have a complex set of physical and nervous system problems caused by chronic migraine and a series of car/snowboard accidents and Ketans holistic approach is what allows me to keep moving! Over my time with him I have seen good general improvement in things like sleep, pain and mobility, and as a ‘quick fix’ emergency treatment he also successfully ‘unlocks’ parts of my body (back, leg, feet) that have been causing me a specific problem. I cannot recommend Ketan enough.

Dr Zhao was delightful - very knowledgeable and exceedingly caring, making sure to explain everything to me in detail as it was my first acupuncture. She’s a seasoned pro so the needles were painless and the experience relaxing.

Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I would recommend her 100%

I've been coming to studio figura for about 6 months now. In that time, have had 3 manual massages and used the body rollers multiple times. Iwona and the team are very knowledgeable and professional, and the studio's always clean and comfortable. Personally I've seen noticible positive effects from treatments over time, and now a huge advocate for lymphatic drainage! Highly recommend

Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. A beautiful, healing treatment which I loved. I will definitely be back to Sacred Lotus!

It was my first-ever acupuncture appointment, and I’m so happy to say that Dr. Zhao is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I feel amazing — I came in with very strong upper neck pain, and I already feel so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. It’s absolutely worth the money!

Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.

I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

Reflexology with Andrea is the reason I keep returning. Andrea is so tuned in and compassionate in every session. She always starts by asking what she can help with on that occasion and then will take your lead on whether you are feeling quieter or would like to talk more. She remembers what you have worked on previously and also very kindly details of what you may have talked about, even if the spaces between appointments are longer. She is incredibly talented at reflexology and a lovely person. I would recommend to everyone. As to the business, the booking system is incredibly easy to use a
