One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Valdi Mezei provided an excellent deep tissue massage. He was professional, attentive, and really focused on the areas where I had the most tension. I felt immediate relief and much more relaxed afterward. Highly recommend him to anyone needing an effective and therapeutic massage.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. The facial itself was incredible (my skin is already feeling so dewy), and the sound healing and acupuncture took me into such a deep state of relaxation. I feel completely restored inside and out.

I am very grateful to have known cassie for several years. Cassie is compassionate, kind, and highly skilled. I am a bit loss for words really because I sound like I am exaggerating, but she is very special. When I get an accupuncture facial with Cassie I am getting treated holistically--not just my face, but my whole being. I have a long entrenched sleeping disorder, and I even sleep better after a treatment. For those afraid of needles Cassie is remarkably gentle. l whole heartedly recommend a visit to Cassie. I doubt it will be your last.

Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)

Cassie is absolutely magical! Her calm, caring energy makes you feel instantly at ease. And she’s a wizard with her needles - you feel any anxiety, worry and tension you’re holding lift off you. Having tried a few different acupuncture practitioners - she’s by far the best!

I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.

A beautiful experience from start to finish! The apothecary itself is so peaceful, and Cassie takes so much care in creating such a safe container to just 'be'. Holly was amazing, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. I had acupuncture with sound healing and it was amazing!! I left feeling so relaxed and like my tension has disappeared. Was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The best in London! These guys don’t just treat you, they train you to live better by understanding your body and how you move. My knees are feeling great again and I feel equipped with the right tools keep the pain away.

Highly effective for chronic office pain. The therapist used trigger point therapy on my rhomboids that provided immediate relief from that 'burning' shoulder blade sensation.

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.
