Truly such an amazing experience. So many carefully considered and nourishing elements. The team were amazing - Alex and Charlotte were so caring and welcoming. The treatment itself was exceptional and Alex has such amazing energy and techniques. Everything from the music and gong to the softest sheets and hypnotic natural restorative products used truly generated a memorable and impactful experience. One of the best places in London- can’t recommend it enough!

Ketan is, by far and away, the best physical therapist I have ever visited. I have a complex set of physical and nervous system problems caused by chronic migraine and a series of car/snowboard accidents and Ketans holistic approach is what allows me to keep moving! Over my time with him I have seen good general improvement in things like sleep, pain and mobility, and as a ‘quick fix’ emergency treatment he also successfully ‘unlocks’ parts of my body (back, leg, feet) that have been causing me a specific problem. I cannot recommend Ketan enough.

I have tried many massage therapists over the years due to my chronic back pain from freelance massage therapists to those in big spa chains and I can honestly say this is the best place for a strong deep tissue massage I have had and is the only place I will now go to. Although it is out of my way as I live on the other side of London it is worth the time and definitely value for money.

Yuri is categorically the best I've ever had by miles. You can tell he's trained exceptionally well, he connects with the pressure points and pain without me even needing to explain. Deep understanding of intricate muscle networks. Couldn't recommend a service more than his, he's a magician and an artist.

Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I would recommend her 100%

I'd been struggling with a stiff and sore right shoulder for a few months and it was really getting on my nerves! I had a 1 hour session of Dry Needling with Guseppi and I now have full and pain free mobility and am able to fully move my arm in all directions. It really is quite a miraculous treatment and I can highly recommend it. Thank you!

It was out of this world! Alexandra my therapist was incredible and I feel totally energised since - the best Treatment experience in London.

Coming all the way from South East London for a Kobido massage because it truly is the best! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the staff are lovely, and Iwona works absolute magic with her techniques. I can’t wait to come back for another kobido massage.

I had 2 treatments wood therapy massage and a facial. I was extremely impressed with both my treatments. I also had a treatment trial of acupuncture OMG i felt the difference immediately i would totally recommend acupuncture. I have a fear of needles but honestly didn't feel any of them. I am definitely booking the full acupuncture treatment also I'm gonna try the vaginal steaming. Charis has blessed hands the ambience, all top tier. Thank you again Charis I feel like a new person.

You step out of the London hectic time into a magic world of senses. I got very thoughtful presents for christmas and an absolute stunning massage by Catarina who has healing hands.

Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.

I had womb reiki and acupuncture on this visit! And it was extremely powerful, lots of emotions came out and this has helped me heal further in my recovery process! Charis has helped me in many ways over the years. Womb reiki is my go to treatment, in feeling more connected with myself, lighter, and my little girl does cartwheels inside. It’s difficult to describe as it’s so personal but I would highly recommend this combo of treatments!

Sandra is extremely knowledgeable! As I was in pain she started massaging and she came around to every little not that was hurting! I am really impressed! Will come back again! Thank you Sandra!

5 stars isn’t enough of a rating for Charis for her skills and technique! Honestly could not be more thankful for her with reliving the pain and tension I had.

The holistic, mind and body experience of 2024! I can only recommend Ilapothecary. All of the therapists are truly amazing and this elegant, but cosy bolt hole is one of London's best kept secrets. A sense of calm from the moment you enter.
