I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

I came to Dr Stretch for help with months-long chronic low back pain, as well as neck/shoulder fatigue from spending too many hours at a desk. Rohan did a careful evaluation of different muscle strengths and weaknesses (have never had someone properly do this despite receiving many sports/therapeutic massages!!). He did very targeted massage work, releasing tight muscles and breaking up deep tension. It was seriously the most effective massage I've had! Rohan also shared a few targeted exercises to strengthen my weak areas and help prevent the issues recurring. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

This is like entering to the land of fairies. The studio is dreamy and beautiful and the previous conversation with Cassie is always welcoming and it settles you down for the session. What can i say about the moment that Cassie starts working with your energy and with acupuncture? words are not enough, is something you need to do! You will feel blessed and happy afterwords, with your energy completely uplifted. For me is always a gift and im super happy when i have the time to get this treatment. I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.

I spend long hours at a desk and constantly deal with neck and shoulder pain. The office syndrome massage here was incredibly effective. The therapist knew exactly where the tension was and worked it out perfectly. I felt real relief after just one session.

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.

This is not the first time visiting Holly and it won’t be the last. My entire system and body softens as soon as I step into her therapy room. I always feel completely held and looked after. Her facials are more than a facial, with acupuncture, a sound bath, peels, massages and plenty more. It’s what everyone needs! My face looks so glowing after my micro needling!
