Great! Alisson really listed to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took the time to show me alternate ways of styling my new haircut. I love it! He and all of the staff were very personable, sharing recommendations for some of their favorite local restaurants with us as they knew that we were visiting. Will return next time I am in London.

I had an excellent sports massage with Kelly (F) Sandall at the USLH Staff Only Spa. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my ongoing MSK and sciatica issues before tailoring the treatment to my needs. The best experience I've had in London so far. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was offered a drink. Then another lady washed ans prepared my hair for the cut. She was lovely and professional at the same time. Hakan then took time to listen to what I wanted and also had great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail, precision and effort he put into my haircut and blow out were incredible. He's a true magician! Highly recommended.
