It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. The facial itself was incredible (my skin is already feeling so dewy), and the sound healing and acupuncture took me into such a deep state of relaxation. I feel completely restored inside and out.

Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)

Cassie is absolutely magical! Her calm, caring energy makes you feel instantly at ease. And she’s a wizard with her needles - you feel any anxiety, worry and tension you’re holding lift off you. Having tried a few different acupuncture practitioners - she’s by far the best!

This is like entering to the land of fairies. The studio is dreamy and beautiful and the previous conversation with Cassie is always welcoming and it settles you down for the session. What can i say about the moment that Cassie starts working with your energy and with acupuncture? words are not enough, is something you need to do! You will feel blessed and happy afterwords, with your energy completely uplifted. For me is always a gift and im super happy when i have the time to get this treatment. Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . This is not the first time visiting Holly and it won’t be the last. My entire system and body softens as soon as I step into her therapy room. I always feel completely held and looked after. Her facials are more than a facial, with acupuncture, a sound bath, peels, massages and plenty more. It’s what everyone needs! My face looks so glowing after my micro needling!
