I had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was truly inviting, with a spa room setting that provided a serene and luxurious environment—far superior to typical therapy room settings. The lovely music and calming ambiance made the experience even more soothing. Massage was incredibly rejuvenating, and I haven’t had such a high-quality massage in a long time. The massage was amazing! I came in with really severe neck, shoulder, and back pain—I could barely move my head. After the massage, the pain was completely gone. The relief was immediate and honestly such a huge difference. She’s so skilled and professional. She focused on all the right areas and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My first appointment and first chemical peel. Poppy was absolutely amazing, explained everything she was doing, always checked I was fine during the treatment (the neck and shoulder massage was bliss) and explained after care and follow up appointments. I would definitely recommend All Glown Up and am looking forward to visiting again and trying other treatments.
