I’ve had 2 sessions with Mark so far, he’s been treating my TMJ as well as tightness across the right side of my body mostly in my back, shoulder, and hip. After my first session I booked in another two straight away as I experienced instant relief. I was pleased to discover the same after the second session and I’ve seen such an improvement in my jaw in general. Mark has a lovely manner and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I've had many many massages with Jo over the past 7 years and she is always fabulous and welcoming. I hadn't had this treatment before ( The massage and me) and it was amazing. The guided meditation the day before was perfect and the tailored massage was wonderful. From stressed and brewing tension headache to relaxed and happy. Could not recommend Jo more.

From start to finish my experience with Jo was perfect. Her massage room is warm and cosy. Jo herself, is a delight. She put me at ease from the get-go. Her massage and reflexology was amazing , applying the pressure I was comfortable with, checking in with me as well as allowing the much needed silence.
