Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Being involved with lifting weights as a profession, the necessity for deep tissues massages is essential. I have had many deep tissue massages but this one ranks as one of the most fulfilling, all body approaches I have experienced. I've finally found the massage therapist I’ve needed my entire life! Amy is exceptional at what she does. From the moment I walked into her space, I felt calm and centred thanks to the perfect lighting, music, and scents - and of course, Amy’s gentle and grounding aura. She’s incredibly intuitive and managed to release tension and knots that have caused me pain for years whilst still creating a deep sense of relaxation (…and I am still feeling relaxed days later :)). I can’t recommend her highly enough, she has truly healing hands!

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.

Probably one of the best massages I've ever had - Amy was extremely generous with her time, super skilled, made me feel completely comfortable, and the massage itself was so dreamy I felt blissed out for days. Will 100% be back. Bonus points for the impeccable vibes (great music, scented candle) and very comfortable massage bed!!
