Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Being involved with lifting weights as a profession, the necessity for deep tissues massages is essential. Put simply, Amy is amazing! I'd had an incredibly stressful day at the end of a very long and exhausting week, and wasn't feeling like I was in the right headspace to enjoy a massage. From the start, even when chatting with her, I began to feel calmer and more relaxed, and very quickly began to relax and destress once the massage had begun. Amy is attentive, tender, caring, and a very soothing presence, checking in periodically (in a manner that wasn't intrusive to my calm headspace), and I was able to fully focus on the massage. I can't recommend her enough, and will absolutely be back!

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.

The environment is so relaxing. Jo spends time asking how you are feeling on the day and tailors your treatment accordingly. I have had both the massage and reflexology and thoroughly recommend. There are lots of nice little individual touches which makes you feel special and pampered for that hour. Perfect!
