The spa has a lovely, calming atmosphere, but its location between two slightly rundown buildings diminishes the initial impression. Despite my initial hesitation, I found the facial treatment and massage to be extremely relaxing. I particularly appreciated the pedicure setup downstairs, and the staff were friendly. However, I suggest enhancing the welcome experience with drinks or snacks to create a more relaxing vibe from the moment guests arrive.

Judith & Oyin were amazing for our harmony flow couples massage. I had Judith working on me and she applied great pressure during, nice and firm like I needed. The spa itself was beautiful too, very clean and the service was great, we were even able to stay and have a relaxing tea after our treatment. An all round great experience, highly recommend!

It was our wedding anniversary getaway and we were blown away. They made us feel special and were intentional about everything from the Welcome on Saturday till the Goodbye on Sunday. We had our manipedi then proceeded to the Imperial suite where we had our night stay and other spa services.(sauna, body scrub, their famous soak, facials)we had our massage at around 11pm and just rolled over to the bed afterwards. It was an amazing experience.24/7 spa services where you could actually sleep and eat in. Oh the icing on the cake was the foooooood Jeez it was delicious and the complimentary gifts.

Oh, it was blissful. My husband and I had an amazing Swedish massage at the spa. The therapists used smooth, gentle strokes that relieved all our muscle tensions, and the warm oil felt incredible. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely stress free (physically). Highly recommended.

The entire experience was S-Class even before I even step foot in the spa/salon. The customer service was fantastic as was the service itself. She took her time to detangle my hair before shampoo and conditioning. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and the entire experience was exceptional. My parents had an amazing day of pampering! The Swedish massage was incredibly relaxing, perfect for releasing tension. The manicure and pedicure were detailed, thorough, and clean, that their nails looked beautiful. Highly professional and friendly staff. The most awesome part of it is the fact that I booked the session 30mins to our arrival online. It was stress-free and I didn't have to worry about anything, plus they had a great time.
