Jenn and Moe were amazing! Jenn bleached and dyed my hair the perfect beige brown color that I wanted and Moe gave me the cutest hushcut-like haircut, exactly like my reference photos! This was my first time bleaching my hair and I decided on a whim while on vacation so I was a bit scared. But, they made my experience so great and I’m so happy with the results! I recently brought my mom to Hair Quest to get her grey hair dyed, and she had a wonderful experience. The stylist, Ash, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. As an elderly customer, my mom sometimes needed extra care and attention, and Ash ensured she was comfortable the entire time. Nice environment 👏 and friendly staffs. Iyeong was the hairdresser who cut my hair. I had long and puffy hair for 7 months since I had my hair cut. I didnt quite knew what kind of haircut to get so I asked for her opinion. She did a clean and excellent job. The outcome was better than I imagined 😆😆. Highly recommended and will come again😬😬

I've only been going to this barbershop for a few months, and from the start, my barber (Seb) has gone above and beyond with the service, especially the haircuts. Considering the usual price for a haircut in Hong Kong, this place really is a bang for your buck, and I would highly recommend it. I'd rate it 6 stars if I could.

It can be difficult for me to get a good haircut in Hong Kong at a reasonable price, since a lot of local barbers aren’t used to cutting a Gweilo’s hair. But I’ve now had two haircuts with Lily Zhai at the TST Handsome Factory, and she has done an excellent job both times. I will come back here in the future.

ngl it's the best haircut and perm experience I've ever had. The hair stylist is great at communicating with customers and doesn't seem bothered by any questions. It's definitely worth spending a little bit more money to have such a wonderful experience.
