Samantha is patient and polite, and executes the customers' requests competently. Still lacking some attention to detail in my opinion, as the short hair at the front was not trimmed and there is a spot on the side which has noticeably slightly thicker hair when I looked in the mirror up close 

All was good! Great atmosphere and people. Erik = AWESOME!!
