I had such a great experience! The staff were, friendly, professional and checked with me at every stage to ensure I was happy. I was offered a cool drink when I was seated. The lady that washed my hair was gentle and gave me the BEST massage I didn’t want it to end! The stylist was quick and experienced and I got to meet the owner Crystal, who was lovely! Thank you for looking after me and my pixie Crystals!!!!! I will definitely be back!!!

It was good, a nice and calm experience overall, I went for a loc detox, some maintenance, there was a lot of attention for my hair and I liked that I got what I went there for. My stylist was very nice as well. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that I had to wait for sometime which seemed really long to me cos my stylist had to help another customer with her nails when I was done with my hair and I came before that particular customer so I honestly just feel like that bit could've been handled way better, I could've even been assigned someone different

Aside from starting over an hour and a half late, everything was pretty good! I’ve also noticed in better light the stylist actually used two different color extensions but didn’t tell me. Maybe she ran out of the original color we were using? If that was the case she should have told me.

She used top-grade products that left my hair getting nourished and revitalized. The quality of work reminded me of getting my hair done back in the US. The appointment system ensures that the customer's time is not wasted. I arrived just before my appointment time and they were ready for me. I took less time than I normally do at salon's. The hairdresser was also professional and and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the place.
