Always a pleasure when I come here to be serviced. Everyone is incredibly professional. Mercy is the BEST ! I always leave feeling beautiful and my hair is healthy. It’s also very convenient that they offer card payments and you can also purchase hair care and products here. I can’t recommend this salon enough ^_^

Today was my first visit to this salon. It is located one block off of Oxford street. From start to finish - My needs and expectations were exceptionally well met. I love my hair. The job was done within the four hours. I am happy that I received exact style requested. There were no negatives and recommendations for change. Everything appeared very attentive, professional and organized. The environment is peaceful, with low background music. The value truly exceeds the cost of these services I received. Ivy has very kind hands for natural hair… very gentle. Just needs to have a fluid rhythm and pattern with her washing as for some clients that’s the most important and best part of the experience. Overall salon very clean and professional. Thank you.

Listen, REGINA was her name. Magic Hands is what she really should go by. She washed my hair and scratched my scalped better than I could have requested. Then she whipped up a style that was based on two pictures I showed her. I HIGHLY recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience at Crystal’s! I got a versatile sew-in on my 4c hair for the first time in years. I was nervous and asked loads of questions and she answered them all. Crystal was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She even made time for me during the busy Christmas season! It came out great!

Twist and Locs is excellent at handling natural hair. I have enjoyed the service thoroughly. As a person with extremely thick hair, I’ve had to endure the torture of traditional salons pulling at my roots and then telling me to perm or texturize. This has been the most bearable, and dare I say, most wonderful experience. As I speak, I’m induced by the sweet minty burn on my scalp and the scented of their conditioner in my twists. The fact that price is fixed beforehand is a plus for the kind of hair I have. And the staff are so fun. Mabel (my fellow Reggae fan) has such a soft touch.

My first visit to Beauty Technicians was late last year where Amma the Stylist was exceptional ! She gave me a much needed hair cut which has since seen my hair flourishing and growing back to its current length. Today I had yet another amazing experience with Mercy who gave me a rod set I am loving so much. Olive you have such an amazing ambience at your salon and I can't wait to come over and over again !! Keep doing what you are doing the natural hair community is blessed to have a salon that knows what it is about when it comes to our hair !!

Honestly if you’re not doing your hair at Kai, you should. Im focusing on my natural hair and I have seen how soft and healthy it’s already becoming! This is the only salon I’ll be taking my hair to!

I love how clean the salon was, customer service was really good. They handled my hair really gently and I loved the results of my texture release. Can’t wait to go back again!

Nalabi is a serene space with lovely gentle hair dressers. I had a moisturising treatment, wash and trim with my silk press. Everything was done in a timely fashion, with offers refreshments and no hanging around.

The appointment system ensures that the customer's time is not wasted. I arrived just before my appointment time and they were ready for me. I took less time than I normally do at salon's. The hairdresser was also professional and and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the place.
