I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I sustained a running injury and saw Sharn for this. It's also a stressful time of year and she was able to do some work that was more like physio or sports massage AND make the end of my treatment relaxing. I now come for a destress or targeted muscle work but love how we can address both in one appointment instead of choosing one stlye of massage per appointment.

I was greeted by Daniel in the lobby. He verified my treatments I requested and served me a very refreshing tea. The treatments started and I was positively surprised by the level of hospitality as well as massage techniques. Usually I try to follow the therapists’ technique and style, Daniel made me disconnect quickly, so that I could enjoy in all peace and tranquility the massages. After the massage therapy he remained very professional and offered me water and a shower. So I was glad that I took the full package and had the best 2h of the day.

The pressure was just right, and I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. Everything from the ambience to the cleanliness and service was top-class. I've had massages all over the world but nothing like today's with Origin Wellness. I did my research before booking, as I am on holiday in Cape Town. It was amazing and during the 90 minute massage I could feel that Rayhaana could feel the tension stored up in my body due to my lifestyle. I felt so much lighter afterwards and have booked in again before I leave. Cannot recommend highly enough. If I am ever back in Cape Town, I will definitely be back!
