Highly experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about human anatomy and physiology for competitive sports. My minor aches and pains were given a light treatment and felt amazing. I can say with confidence, I feel prepared and ready to do my first event and thanks to Ninette from Cape Radiant.

I've had massages all over the world but nothing like today's with Origin Wellness. I did my research before booking, as I am on holiday in Cape Town. It was amazing and during the 90 minute massage I could feel that Rayhaana could feel the tension stored up in my body due to my lifestyle. Another fantastic massage experience at Woodstock Spa Suite. My first massage on Wednesday was so good that I had to come back on Friday for another massage before leaving Cape Town! I had my first treatment at the Woodstock Spa a few days ago. After a couple of weeks in Cape Town my skin needed some attention after all the sun, sea and sand. I booked the Hamman treatment with Caleb. He really put me at my ease from the start with amazing calm and smile explaining the treatment. To start the body scrub and conditioning in the shower was incredible. Then the full body massage was out of this world with a mix of firm sports massage elements and long sensual tantric movements- I was lost in the moment. I left revitalised, great feeling skin - highly recommend !!🔥
