This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.

I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. There's this trick that Jo does, for fanny wax she pulls & then puts her hand on that spot. The touch sensation goes faster to the brain than pain signal. This significantly reduces pain. Jo has always Done that, I went to a pain clinic & the neurologist taught us that to help deal with chronic pain. Such a simple thing - why kiss it better works. 💚 I was not uncomfortable at all, you were super efficient & good company.
