This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

She took the time to understand my skin and shared so much insightful knowledge about my skin journey, which I really appreciated. Very friendly and professional team. Kaneesha is knowledgeable about her treatments, have so much patience and provide excellent guidance on aftercare. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to make a positive change in yourself. I must also commend them on their massage room. The room itself is welcoming and feels very relaxing and calming with the colour scheme adding a lovely touch. What makes it even more relaxing is the warm-hearted blankets they use, which add that extra touch of care and comfort for their clients. It is very much appreciated.

It was absolutely fantabulous. Those magical fingers really outdone themselves. I enjoyed my facial and massage so much I didn't want my session to end. The ambiance and music allowed me to just relax as magical fingers unwined and loosen the knots and stiffness within me. A really must try experience if u never tried it before. I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!
