Tharwah 🤗 the most beautiful, sweetest, caring and loving person I have ever known. She truly is the best at what she does and it definitely shows in her work. I’m really happy with the leg waxing service I received. The therapist was gentle, professional, and explained everything before starting. There's this trick that Jo does, for fanny wax she pulls & then puts her hand on that spot. The touch sensation goes faster to the brain than pain signal. This significantly reduces pain. Jo has always Done that, I went to a pain clinic & the neurologist taught us that to help deal with chronic pain. Such a simple thing - why kiss it better works. 💚 I was not uncomfortable at all, you were super efficient & good company.

I had such an amazing experience at Lash Up. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed. The lashes feel incredibly light, like there is absolutely nothing on my eyes. The quality is outstanding, soft lashes with a really good adhesive that feels comfortable and secure. The lady who assisted me did a great job! My only feedback was that on arrival there were no other clients - yet the lady was not prepared. So we started later and finished 20 minutes later. Staff were obviously bored as there were no clients and were lounging around. I’d go back though. Good value for money.
