Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

Bilal was awesome, really warm and friendly character that really put me at ease. I really benefitted from the fact he's a physio and he had great anatomy knowledge. It was reasonably painful as he worked through my knots but I had great range of movement afterwards and already feel alot better. I expect I will see a major improvement in the next few days

Farah has helped me with my leg, she gave me lots of information throughout the treatment so that I could understand what she was doing and why. I was also sent some physio exercises to do between treatments, these have really helped. Thank you

I've had over five treatments at this clinic so far, and I've always had a great experience. The practitioner is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She's great to talk to during appointments and is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. One thing I particularly appreciate is how approachable and responsive she is if I have any questions or concerns after a treatment. It's reassuring to know that support is available if needed. I've been consistently happy with my results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Private Practice.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

Laura is absolutely fabulous. I have had 4 sessions with her in the last fortnight, I have highlighted my issues and things I'd like to improve. Posture, flexibility and problem areas, she listens and identifies, targets specific areas and correction suggestions. Exactly what I needed and need.
