A deeply intuitive treatment using healing instruments, therapeutic touch, and energy work to induce relaxation, support emotional release, and align the energy & physical body.

For when stress and emotion are felt in the body — leaving you tense, heavy, overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected or simply knowing something needs to shift.

I intuitively weave massage, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral work, breath, vibration, voice, and rhythm with healing instruments such as singing bowls, drums, chimes, and a Shruti box. Sound becomes part of the bodywork, helping to release, unblock and rebalance.

Clients describe the work as powerful, mind-blowing, emotional and transformative, leaving them lighter, grounded, deeply rested and connected to themselves.

Drawing on 27+ years of holistic practice, I work as a modern Medicine Woman, listening to your body and responding to what it needs in the moment.


Scar Mobilisation, also known as scar massage, is a 75-minute rehabilitation session. of all 5 layers of the skin. I work primarily with women who have had abdominal surgery. Be it a hysterectomy or post-natal C-section, a salpingo scar or laparoscopy incisions.

I understand the significance of these experiences and the impact they have on the bodies and spirits of the women who have had abdominal surgery. 

This technique softens the tightness of the scar, reduces tension all around the body and pain, and improves your mobility. Both internally, which frees up the organs to glide without restriction and externally, so you can move with more ease throughout your musculoskeletal system and have better organ function.

Support your emotional healing, as stored emotions will also be released as the work continues. Reconnect areas that feel numb, sensitive, or uncomfortable & help you develop greater awareness & confidence, whether that's in-person or online.

The Essence of Reiki Healing:
At the heart of Reiki healing lies the belief that life force energy flows through all living beings, influencing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When this energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as physical ailments, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnect. 

The Reiki Experience:
During a Reiki session, clients are invited to relax fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table as the practitioner gently places their hands on or near the body, following a sequence of hand positions that correspond to energy centres, or chakras, along the body's energy pathways.

I don't believe every body—or every problem—needs the same massage. I use the appropriate healing modality at the appropriate time. Your session may combine therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, stretching, mobilisation, breathwork, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral techniques and subtle bodywork.

The technique serves the treatment goal—not the other way around.

We finish with post-treatment integration: what we noticed, how your body responded and practical guidance you can apply through movement, self-massage, body awareness, rest or lifestyle changes.

One client came to me feeling completely cut off from her lower body — living largely through her thoughts. Through our work, we explored reconnection rather than simply treating symptoms, creating space for her body, mind and heart to begin communicating as one.

Your session may shift from physical massage to the subtlest touch, stillness, sound, or energetic work, depending on what your body presents.

The intention is to **release what you're carrying, unlock what feels stuck and restore balance** physically, emotionally and energetically.
