I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. The attention to detail, professionalism and skill is unmatched. They are both kind and accommodating especially with my unpredictable work schedule. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

I always walk out feeling a million dollars. Even when the Cape Town weather does its best to make you feel the opposite
