I saw Nikki for a dermalogica facial . I lost count of all the different stages that she went through as I ended up being so relaxed. Cleansing, toning, scrubs, masks (including an amazing heated eye mask) moisturising. Not to forget the neck, shoulder, hand and arms being massaged as well. From start to finish, I was so relaxed, I'm amazed I didn't completely fall asleep tho I almost did! This experience is worth every single penny - Nikki is a total credit to the beauty industry and I would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting a good experience

I had the lavender experience from Nikki today it was a true spa experience. Nikki’s years of knowledge in the spa industry really showed in my stunning back massage tailored to how I like it and an extremely hydrating facial through massage was relaxing and felt like every line on my face was being smoothed out 🤩 the smells of lavender coming through all the time is the ultimate relaxation. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
