I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. I’ve always felt comfortable and see results with the treatments I have. This was the first time I had the million dollar facial and I saw the freshness to my skin instantly! Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. I had amazing day at the salon. I purchased a 3-treatment deal on Wowcher and was treated to a full pampering. I had my hair done, a shiatsu massage and facial. The lovely Diane even gave me a complimentary make-up makeover which was really above and beyond. I was offered a beverage and cake and was made to feel so welcome. This salon really knows how to make people feel “looked after” and good about themselves. Thank you to Diane and her apprentice (Monika) who made my day relaxing and special. Highly recommend! I’m heading back soon with my daughter for another pamper experience. :)
