I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Another amazing LED facial session. It never fails to surprise me how beneficial and relaxing these treatments are. Genuinely shocked when people comment that I have a glow about me after having this treatment.

Had a facial here and was impressed. My skin felt smooth, hydrated, and looked noticeably clearer after. Good technique, no rushed feeling, and genuinely worth it. Would come back.
