The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.

Ella's salon is bright, clean and welcoming. I've been going there for 8years now and wouldn't consider anywhere else - if she's fully booked I'll wait until she can fit me in. I've had micro-blading and lip-blush treatments which I've been really happy with, Ella is expert at both and includes the after treatments with printed instructions, so no forgetting what to do once you've left. I really couldn't recommend her highly enough - she's brilliant!
